At Makeship Store, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the limited-edition nature of our products, returns are typically accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure you review your order carefully before the campaign ends to guarantee your collectible meets your expectations.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your item is within the 30-day return window and remains in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item using the original materials and affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
